Sorry to immediately de-rail your thread GG but it really grinds my gears when OEMs (of aircraft or cars alike) claim that a product is "all-new".

I detest marketingspeak as much as the next man, but I don't think it's the OEM's fault (this time). "all-new" is in the headline, but the company quotes clearly refer to the Challenger 300 and it being a development ... "... builds on the proven success of the Challenger 300 ...". If some journo managed to somehow turn that into "all-new" - well, maybe no-one rushed to correct him, but that's all i think.
