Regards,
I would like to know , how fair is it to charge young candidates , who are finding it already difficult to get into aviation, Rs 30,000 as examination fees.
Also, they have chosen COMPASS test as a mean of examining students .

SpiceJet is a corporation, and their main objective is making money for their shareholders. They don't care about partaking in the greater good that would help "young candidates". Unless you are a majority stakeholder in the corporation, they don't care about your opinions or struggles, that is your problem. SpiceJet is offering you the opportunity to take their tests, and it will be on their terms. They are not entitled to giving you free tests or hire you at 250 hours just because you got through a flight training course. Must have heard the age old adage, "Time is money"? Well they are charging you for spending their time to see whether you are as qualified as you claim you are. :ok:
