A340 of EK clipped an MD11 last night 23/06 in Lusaka. Significant damage to MD11 elevator.

The parking in LUN is terrible with no defined lines. You have to rely on wing walkers and marshallers who are less than competent. This was going to happen sometime, glad it wasn't me.

The 340 in question is back in service. Flew back to DXB on CDL sans winglet.

This is not the first time something like this happens at Lusaka. Sure there was 2 or 3 incidents in the last few years, know once was SAA.
With Lusaka getting busier lately, they need to do address this.
