I am currently a holder of a PPL + Medical Class 1, and have successfully passed all the ATPL exams in Sweden. My plan is to proceed with my CPL, ME, IR and MCC training at Oxford Aviation Academy. I have been in contact with Oxford, and they require my to receive a UK Medical Class 1 in order to commence training.
It would be very grateful if you could answer some of my questions regarding this.
1. Do I need to change "State of Issue state" (SOLI) to get a UK medical class 1? Or will it be possible to keep Sweden as the "state of issue state"?
2. If not, how do I change to get a Medical class 1 + UK PPL? (Which forms will be relevant).
