Just some thoughts keep coming up about flt crew management at times and we pilots keep gassing around over drinks cribbing about every thing in general. Could you pl take some time and answer the following questions just to make my thoughts more objective in general...
1. Is your crew management dept part of flt ops dept or it's a separate vertical.
2. Are pilots in your airline generally negative and cynical about the way they are managed by the scheduling or crew control.
3. Do you think that scheduling or crew control plays favourites to either individuals or groups?
4. Is there a semblance of balance in the give-take relations between pilots andscheduling or crew control. i.e. do you hope to get a favour in return for a favour done by the pilot?
