I see that the expert GT has been short listed for some awards at the International Aviation Media Awards.

One award he is in line for "acknowledges his coverage of the loss of MH 370"

I wonder if that includes his flight in Australia's only 777 simulator?

Did he or someone in his business nominate him?

If there are no other nominations, perhaps someone can put me up as a candidate...... I might have a chance...

And he probably gets his photograph and name placed on a plaque on the wall outside Alan Joyce's office which says 'Employee Of The Month'!

I think it is only fair he be awarded with a mirror to have a good hard look at himself!!

Or maybe they could renew his lounge membership for all his gracious comments.

There is definately a circus missing a clown somewhere. :ok:

Go to his sham of a website, very easy investigation will come up with inaccuracies that are heavily in favour of airlines that provide him with goodies. Post on his site, ask him if he's a member of the chairman's club?

I did that.. on AusBT.. they got horribly defensive and were adamant that he was a plain old silver QF tier member...

Yes.. I agree.. somewhere.. a village is missing a idiot....

The May edition of AA had a good article in Flight Levels - A Pilot's View which was referring to MH370.

It went onto say something along the lines of...No one knows what happened to the MH 777 on that fateful flight and furthermore in the aviation world it is bad form to speculate on what happened until the facts are known and until official reports are released.

Wonder if he regrets that B777 sim flight now.....

What's that saying?
"In the land of the blind.... "

A neighbour said to me a while back - "... but he's very informative".

I think I need to go lie down.
