overflight & landing permit algeria

Will be flying my maule from Cameroon to France in July (it is for sale)

Anyone know where to ask overflight permit for algeria?

Also I will need avgaz at airport... where should I request that?

Hassi Messaoud and the rest of the desert towns have no avgas Maybe Algiers but don't count on it
Algeria is way more disorganized than most of Black Africa

...long time ago I did a ferry from Europe to Ghana routing from Algiers to tammanresset, Niamey, Accra o Kumasi.....overfly/landingpermits arranged by an office on the Island of man, forgot the name......AVGAS was avlble on all stations at time time and very good cooperation.....

I am not up to date on a gas availability in Algeria, but I have landed there many times, the service has always been good and the people friendly and helpful.

The airport commander bought me dinner and arranged hotel transport for me with military vehicle, when I unexpectedly had to overnight!
