Is this outfit still in operation? If so, what sort of conditions exist for crews. I believe they were related to Transmile so not holding my breath for anything fantastic.

No expats anymore. 727F still flying, being retired soon to make way for I believe 737F

They are still around but no 737 yet. No one left I know there now.
727 FE's gone back to TAIR or retired
