ME-IR Renewal in Cambridge area

Any advice on the above and I need to do it in the aircraft this time.

I also need an ATO certificate as my IR has already lapsed past 3 months.

Try Mid-Anglia School of flying a BA A380 captain friend I know does renewals there in a Seneca....Arwyn Jones, and his company is Camflight (Google should reveal a hyperlink).
