Gieves & Hawke. Not sure of the contact details, but Jermine Street I think. Certainly Central London. Not the cheapest maybe, but a good product.

Gieves & Hawkes are famously at No.1 Savile Row (runs parallel to and east of the bottom end of Regent Street). They are still IMHO the very best. Be prepared to shell out some serious wonga though.
