Hi all........ I have the sat image (photo) on my screen, I click on 'print', another window pops up and just shows the map image pale blue background with the balloon, just prints out the pale blue background and balloon???

Am I going wrong somewhere? W7

The answer to this starts off "What browser are you using....."

a work-around would be to copy the file to desktop and then print it.

If you can't use the embedded copy command that's another clue

possibly a resource problem?

Quick suggestion. Download Chrome and try that. If it doesn't work, scrub it. If it does, download all the adblockers and tracing add-on software.

With required sat image on screen, select Ctl/Prt Scn. Then, open Windows Paint program and select Paste. Selected image should appear and, (probably), need cropping to remove unwanted surrounds. Save and Print as usual.

In W7 the snip tool works well too.
