Flight Training in El Arish, Egypt

Can anyone tell me, is there/ has there ever been a flight school in El Arish, Egypt? I saw a brief mention of it in a document I was reading recently, but a very quick google search on a bad Internet connection didn't reveal anything.

The only other information I saw mentioned a possible satellite base in October (the city, not the month) and the abbreviation 'ATC' used in a context that seemed like it should be the name of a school rather than meaning air traffic control.

Yes the Egyptian Aviation Academy is the only Flight Training School in Egypt run by the government
until 2 years ago the classes were located at HEOC - 6th October Airport 35 NM West of HECA , Cairo Intl. and the cross country and actual flight training was based at HEAR - El Arish
Due to the military operations and unsafe conditions around HEAR - El Arish they stopped all flying at HEAR and moved all to HEOC - 6th October
