I will need my SEP rating signed off when I get back to Europe in June. Will be in BCN on 3rd June. I don't need a flight - just a signature I believe.

Are you based in BCN or TFS ?

Unless you hold a UK issued Examiner certificate, I don't think you can examine for the IMC/IR(R).
