emirates cabin crew online application

I have applied for emirates cabin crew online and the submission status was immediately "application unsuccessful" What does it mean? Can it be unsuccessful straight away without even being looked at? Also i did not receive a confirmation email that they received my application. It is very weird and don't know what to expect from it. Did anybody else get the same experience? Can you please tell me whether there should be a confirmation email when submitting an online application?

Dont bother about it , I had the same issues many times and I was able to go to an open day and attend assesment as well. Sometimes its like this.
