Can anyone in the know confirm that Boeing has a new highest MTOW for the 77W available? 352,441kg up from 351,543kg

(352,441kg also happens to be the Maximum Taxi Weight on 351,543kg MTOW aircraft).

Canadian Civil Aircraft Registry is showing the High Density Air Canada 77Ws (458 seats) with this "new" 352,441kg MTOW and someone also posted that AC's original batch of 2 class 77Ws will get the paper uprate (from 351,543kg to 352,441kg) during cabin reconfig.

Any truth to this? Mistake on the registry website?

I would think if true, Cathay and EK would definitely some of the first customers to consider this option. Even if its only ~900kg more in MTOW.

Any Cathay pilots care to share if your latest aircraft have this increased MTOW?

I know EK's latest deliveries are all 2 class and 3 class (no crew rest) 340T aircraft. Have any of the 351T -300ER ULR aircraft received this MTOW increase?

Any help is much appreciated!

Yes a weight increase is an option on the new build aircraft. Not sure if it is retroactive though.

Any more info on this weight increase?

Are you confirming 352,441kgs/777,000lbs is now the highest available MTOW?

This additional 2K in MTOW makes very little sense as it just happens to be the Maximum Taxi Weight of the 351,543kgs/775,000lbs MTOW option.

The first of the 5 high density Air Canada 77Ws with supposedly MTOW: 352,441kgs/777,000lbs (C-FIVW) was delivered in June, 2013. However a source of mine confirms a internal Boeing document dated March 2014 lists highest customer option MTOW as 351,543kgs/775,000lbs.

Air Canada pilot confirmed all -300ERs in the fleet have MTOW: 351,543kgs/775,000lbs.

The Canadian Civil Aircraft Registry entered the Maximum Taxi Weight 352,441kgs as the MTOW for the 5 recently delivered -300ERs.

I wonder if AC is being charged by Nav Canada and others for a wrong MTOW :p

Case closed.

EK have 9 tails at 349266 kg but have apparently decided on 351534kg as standard for future deliveries
