For those interested,

IndiGo is now hiring non type rated direct entry captains. The company offers 11 weeks on and 2 weeks off with a salary of close to 5.7 a month.

The VP gave us a presentation in their office, GVP, and looked quite impressive.

Spice boys thinking of making a move. This looks good in the light of two new airlines,Tata SIA and Air Asia, being 320 operators.

VJM

hey VJM,

stupid question, that's gross right 5.7 (net approx 4.0):O

personally i feel a shakeup is due in the market with the 2 new entrants and them attracting many from indigo etc....

good days are here again :D:D

Air Asia is offering less than all A-320 operators in India . Tata Sia is offering the same as Indigo. VJM is right

Air Asia grp functions by under paying staff and over working them and then hold a rock show to show their appreciation... yes they upgrade cabin crew & baggage handles to pilots and management roles only because these guys sign highly under paid contracts..
it works for the airline not for the staff.:ugh::ugh::=
