B733 G-ZAPW arrived at Norwich on 26th April and has been parked in one of the storage areas for a few days now. Anybody know if this is being retired from service or just enjoying some cheaper parking rates than Stansted?

Cant find anything to suggest shes being WFU.

Is it possible that shes @ NWI for maintenance ?

Very likely, Simon but her parking place raises questions.

Cheers.

I would have thought that the aircraft would have been moved by now if it was in NWI for maintenance.

I notice that Titan's 767 has not flown since mid April either. Anyone know if this is for maintenance?

BAladdy -

I think the 767 is with MAEL at BHX

Not sure which storage areas you mean but when I was in Norwich last week the Titan was parked outside the KLM hangars.

The Titan 737 was in a KLM hangar when I left at 23:00 last night.

Thanks to all who replied. Its now been moved so a false alarm about retirement!

KLM are doing some maintenence for the BA LGW 734 fleet so I'm guessing it was also with them for some work as KLM seem to be picking up some 3rd party work at nwi.

That's true. Doing loads of work on Jet2 aircraft include winglet installation.

Glad to see Apple getting the aircraft in at NQY, Simon.

Yes the apple hangar at NQY is progressing and will be interesting to see what aircraft they bring in once it's up and running.
