hey guys , i'm trying to get some info on Punto Azul which operates out of Malabo in Equatorial Guinea , they have a Hawker 800 and an ERJ145 , if anyone has info about the work conditions , kind of contract they offer and pay , will be much appreciated .

AFAIK it's through a South African company, ZS reg'd aircraft. NAC is the operator.

They initially were trying to start with CRJ 200's but I think that fell through. The original CEO was a Colombian gentlemen of German descent and an absolutely stand up guy. Professional, trustworthy and smart. Not sure if he's still there but if he's running the show, should be a good place to work for.

They have new director of operations not easy to work with at this time and he is trying his best to get pilots for free. Be very careful and at the same time doesn't want to pay any perdiem and he needs you to work 2 on 1 off and the month off with no salary and if you are lucky to get half salary. Be careful market for hawker pilot is booming.

Punto Azul today issued with their own AOC by the Aviation Authority Guinea Equatorial (AAGE), operatingERJ145 one of them registered in EG
