Dear All ;
i wana just advise all pilots on this planet , not to join this ****ty "Airlines" , this company is based in Tripoli, Libya, it dose not belong to Aviation at all.
it has zero management , safety , security or even departments. NO planning or organization.

some times you board passengers more than max seating , so they put some passengers in the Cockpit .........

delay in flight is the base in their ops, which some times extends up to 6 hours delay.

they've got 1 Aircraft A320 so far , it's 1993 vintage, full of defects , No managers in this company at all, drivers some times call you to advise the rooster.

most of the time, there is salary deductions "with no reason", always delay in paying the rest of salary.

24 Hours notice is only the notice you get to leave the company or go or unpaid leave.

7 pilots out of 10 have been grounded by CAA last month including DFO because they exceeded duty hours & time & violating the rules of CAA.

the worst "Airlines" if we can call it " Airlines" on this planet.

Whenever I was in Libya in 2009, there was no LCAA oversight on duty hours. The fact that the Libyan FTL scheme was written as an AIC, indicated how serious they were in managing fatigue vs rest for crew.

Has the LCAA really improved that much, when the country is currently facing many challenges?

well, the Libyan CAA is improving slowly but they still banned by Euro Control.
you can't imagine how bad is this "Airlines ", i just had new infos. in the last 3 days, one of Capts. had paid the Ground handling fees & landing fees from his pocket in one of the Airports because CAA in that country was going to ground the Airplane because of the big due amounts on the company, unfortunately this Capt. didn't get refunded by the Airlines so far because they don'y have 5000$ cash to pay him back his money.
pilots don't stay long at all with them , because of the real absence of both management & organization. all pilots break up with troubles with the Airlines , last 2 pilots were from turkey , they left after 10 days of joining.

they force pilots to violate the rules (EX. take off with over weight, take off with " no go items" , mostly you land with only 1.5 tons of fuel extra which is less than minima......... pilots have strict policy not to buy fuel from outstations even if this would threatens the life of PAX & crew it self, because fuel in Libya is 60% cheaper than any other country.

in the early stages of ops. they used to threaten the pilots by armed militia in case if they refused to fly under those conditions.
