G'day fellow Aviation Employees. Just to introduce myself to this area of Pprune. My name is Steve Purvinas and I am a union Secretary in Australia. A couple of years back workers in Australia were sick of airline CEOs running internal company surveys, announcing that the results were all good and employees on board when we knew that wasn't the case. Of course the companies never released the results of the actual surveys.
We decided to ask similar questions in our own version of an employee engagement survey, open it up to all employees at various companies and then release the full results when it was completed. You can check out last years version here -

This year we have decided to expand our base and hope to capture the thoughts of various Aviation workers throughout the Asia-Pacific region. To that end I ask if you could kindly take 10 minutes to complete the survey to let us know how you feel about your Employer. The link to the survey is at the top of the page or here -
