Was actually a 1982 Hawker 700A - (ex Coca Cola machine) landing in heavy fog - it hit the roof of an industrial warehouse, then hit the ground spreading wreckage and flames for 400 meters.

I am sorry to add this to the thread, but a cursory look at this airport indicates there are no instrument approaches. Weather at the time of the accident was 200 over and 1/2 mile.
Nearest airports with IAP were about 41, 45, and 85 miles away.

Huh? Am I missing something? Saltillo (MMIO) has ILS and VOR approaches from the North with minimums above reported weather at the time (1sm, DH 354, MDH 654).
