I am headache with the vhhh magog, siera departure, can someone tell me the procedures?

Possibly the reason you are getting a headache is because there are no such departures. SIERA and MAGOG both are on arrival tracks.
Departures to the west will be via SIKOU (PECAN Dep), to the north via BEKOL and to the northeast via ENVAR (OCEAN Dep).
