The image of NR accepting the top employer award for CX. Wow! The architect of the 49ers fiasco and a man who perjured himself in court by covering up the details of contract breach and illegal sacking of over 50 pilots accepting Hong Kong's top employer award. It does not get any more ironic than that. He must be so proud. I know I am. NR, Director of People. At least our execs have a sense of humor.

It's a lovely Easter rendition showing Judas collecting his 40 pieces of silver from the local officials.

Cathay Pacific very senior executives have deliberately put THAT person in charge of their PEOPLE!! 'Director People' is a provocative and delusional title. Cathay does as little as it can possibly get away with for its 'people'.
Did you enjoy your $2000HKD share in our profits? Good luck trying to effect Staff Travel. Do you feel valued? What would 'they' find out if they went 'Undercover Boss'?
Do your job to the minimum possible level and enjoy your time off thinking primarily of yourself and how things can be carried out to your own personal advantage. That is what is being done to you - every day.
If you're not engaged in CC already, please think again.............

Mr Nick Rhodes is an experienced CX employee who understands all aspects of people management. That is why he was successful in his application to become 'Director People'. The interview process was lengthy and Mr Rhodes performed exceedingly well under the circumstances as there were 49 other applicants who also stacked up well having much experience when it comes to 'people'.

It would be wise to remind all that Mr Rhodes was never charged with perjury, even though some people believe he may have lied just a little bit while in court. Such propaganda is irrelevant and the Swires Group heartily embrace Mr Rhodes and look forward to working with him on future chamber related activities.

It's a lovely Easter rendition showing Judas collecting his 40 pieces of silver from the local officials. The Swires group would never settle for 40 pieces of silver when there are 40 pieces of gold available.
