Looks like there's some sort of pond at one end. If so, then I'm sure it will be snapped-up by an MP (with or without ducks)... :ok:

looks like a good potential grass-strip, depending on how big the Datsun*
hangars are.

*note for the young, who don't bother to read or spell accurately

Nissan are a Japanese industrial giant who own the "Datsun " car brand
The two should not be confused.

There doesn't appear to be any access to the site either.

There will be existing Right of Way that enshrined in law as otherwise site would be worthless and agent wouldn't be selling.

Someone did because the Nissan car I had years ago felt like it was made with Nissen materials.
