When I lock my computer (prior to leaving my desk) following a recent upgrade to W7 a bog standard Windows picture is displayed. Is it possible to change it to a personal picture as I have with my working desktop one as you did with NT (hope that makes sense). If so, how as it seems less than clear.
Cheers

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization

Or right click the desktop > Personalize.

Bottom RH corner of Personalize is Screensaver - edit to achieve your desired result

I don't think it's the screensaver that is the issue... I upgraded to Win7 from XP a few years back and I have not yet found a way of getting rid of the odd blue screen with wavy lines that appears at the "screen lock" stage... I think that's what the OP is getting at

Thanks Hamish - that is exactly what I want rid of - there must be a way to do it.
