I'm finished with the IR-H theory exams.
I'm wondering if I should take the practical flying part now, or should I wait for a better job market?

I don't have a helicopter job, just taking my chances and spend alot more money and hope to get a job with the IR-H...

I can see Bond is looking for pilots. What are the chances of getting a co-pilot position job now?

If you can pass the various interviews, assessments and are willing to move to Aberdeen, good.
