Just seen an ad for NTR B777 Captains at NokScoot - due to launch ops in 2nd quater.

Anyone knows anything about them?

Well, its a collaboration between Nok Air (Thai) and Scoot (SG). Going to be a low cost regional airline with B777s.

This I got from a friend in Nokscoot. Abt 80hrs on average, non guaranteed though.
Base salary: sgd 9425
Productive incentive: sgd 8042
Per diem: sgd 589
transport allowance: sgd 196
So gross salary according to him is about sgd 18252 for a Capt.

Most welcome! They are still looking for pple, quite aggressively marketing themselves from BKK.

Hi all
I sent an application a few weeks back.

I must say the lack of "Text" in there replies may be a very good indicator or what is to be expected there.

For example - opening and closing statements in the email - Hello or Regards were non existent . It would not be difficult to show some sort of appreciation even if they are inundated with applications !

It's worrying to see the individuals here on ppurune having there assessment slots changed last minute .

I would envisage a difference between Singapore and Bangkok contracts due to cost of living in Bkk a little bit less

Any one any further thoughts .

They better get Going with the Air Sanders and Prime and paint job if its a "quick upgrade". I am sure Ninestar can help as must have repainted there 1 a few times at Hi speed.

Hello everyone.

I have just applied out of curiosity, I am not expecting much to be honest. But I am still curious. If I can get a type rating on wide body aircraft and finally get to the long haul chapter of my flying career I would be really happy. About terms and conditions, does anyone know anything at all regarding first officers !?
If anybody got hired, one log was the process and what can we expect down the road once you apply online ?

Cheers.

To all
Be very very aware if you go anywhere near this outfit
!
It's run by Scoot ( Singapore) "management " and I use that word in the most liberal of senses! The remuneration offers will be challenging. The " perks" worse and their organization even worse! Good luck anyone who tries

Mr Dude,
Very negative post.Do they pay on time? Can you get a job with out 777 rating?.What has the DFO done to you to make you say these things? Have you actually worked there?.Are you even a pilot or just another PPRUNE poster with nothing to do.
Pete.
