Scheme from the Royal Academy of Engineering (http://www.raeng.org.uk/education/aeromsc/about.htm)

Still have to do a lot of work of-course, and live, but £9.5k of free money, and possibly a bursary to cover most of your living costs, could make a big difference to anybody considering a career change / leg-up...

The scheme will pay MSc tuition fees (up to £9,500) on behalf of successful applicants. Bursaries will be awarded to candidates who can demonstrate their commitment to working in the UK aerospace sector and who have been offered a place on an approved MSc in Aerospace Engineering. Applications will be accepted before an MSc place is offered but will be conditional on receiving, and taking up, the MSc offer from a UK University.

I notice on the approved programmes list (http://www.raeng.org.uk/education/aeromsc/pdf/Eligible_MSc_Programmes.pdf) that there are several part time options as well - Cranfield being surely the best option there.
