Austrian, Lux AOC's

Just trying to find out of these AOC's let you operate a mixture of Pvt and Commercial ops. Any help muchly appreciated.

In Austria it is possible, but under pressure from other EU countries this might end soon.
It was for sure, and maybe still is possible but with more restrictions in Germany as well.

The (ab)use made of this concession by some operators is pretty amazing.
