The Airbus A330 200/300 series appears in the main to be the choice aircraft for long haul charter operations although I appreciate the Boeing 767 and more recently the B787 are used by at least one operator.
Does anyone have ideas why the various variants of the Boeing 777 have not been considered for this role ?
