Hi all,

Bit of a two pronged question...

Can i take protein powder on a plane? Second part, i'm looking to take it in my shaker...would either be an issue potentially?

Flying Stansted to Germany.

Cheers!

Yes you can take food powders, and no it doesn't matter what it's contained in.

However, to reduce hassles at security, I'd recommend taking it in it's original packaging, unopened if possible.

I once brought several bags of ceramic glaze powder into the UK from the US. I was wondering if anyone was going to take an interested in bags of powdered rock, but they didn't. I guess it doesn't show up on the scanners as anything interesting.
