Could you please confirm if the information on this picture is accurate? The so called fuel line looks like a pneumatic duct for the AC.

Fuel lines down the center overhead? I doubt it.

Do not know of a CAA that would approve a fuel line above cabin.

I can't see the idents on your picture as it is too small but...

Aft looking forward...
Water line runs down the LH sidewall above the doors supplying lavs and galleys.
All other ducts are air conditioning only.

Fuel lines above cabin ? That would be Shorts 330/360 then ! Nothing on 777in that area .
