Access to shopping basket blocked

I've just tried to access my Shapeway's account to purchase something but clicking on the "buy now" button now has no effect, nor can I open my account.. I'm not having this problem elsewhere AFAIK and never had it in the past

It's possible that their site might be the problem - I've had that happen occasionally with one or two of the places I frequent on this side of the dotted line.

Trying another browser might be an option which (in theory) might confirm that the problem is at the other end of the transaction.

Others closer to your area will probably have the definitive answers.

What time of the day did you have the problem? I have found that some sites don't work so well at night and, more particularly, at weekends, because they are rebuilding or modifying their web pages.
