Prime Minister David Cameron appeared to accidentally follow a high-class escort agency on Twit'ter....

BBC News - David Cameron's Twit'ter account followed 'high-class escorts' (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-25015034)

Damned technology....

Possibly he was attempting to emulate a certain William Ewart Gladstone here ?.....there again, probably not, so no danger of CMD addressing the population at the start of the Watkin path up Snowden then.....for the benefit of overseas readers, Gladstone had a, erm, calling shall we say, to save the souls of fallen ladies.....on the other hand, this little quirk aside, he was head and shoulders above any of the current dross of politicians,

Sadly though, the Tories do seem to have certain aversions to I.T at the moment....... and indeed, did not CMD have to have it explained to him what "lol" means in txt spk....so it's easy to understand how this could have happened.

Seriously, how the hell can anyone consider this to be "news"? Do BBC staff not have anything better to do?

:ugh:

Well, it's a story about technology and it's in the technology section of their website.

Seems pretty reasonable to me.

I made the original post from the point of view that the press can twist anything in an attempt to make headlines. It was indeed one of many auto-follows that had been set up but they then try to push the story that the PM did it on his own (he didn't - did he?)

(Loved the RS2000/Mexico's) ;)

I would prefer to follow Sam Cam...

Also sounds like a car doesn't it... (with a bit more class than an Escort, no matter how racy)?

Was David's web Camera "ON" when his t-w-i-t-t-e-r account "accidentally followed" the high-class escort agency one?! Look forward to seeing DC's "Look Mum, no hands" webcam video in 30-50 years' time after being finally released from the "TOP SECRET" files stored at GCHQ / MI5-6 etc. ;)

Mind you perhaps not a bad idea as least he can track down his ministers.............
