JAA CONVERSION

Dear

I was looking forward to convert to JAA I fly A320 for one of the companies in the middle east.
I have some question regarding the conversion and I would appreciate it if you guys could help me .
1-I heard that if I reached 1500 hours I wont have to do all the 14 written exams is that true or no matter the experience i still have to do all 14 exams?

2-what about the flying part ? I will have sim check or what ?

3-I'm looking for good price in sweden to convert, could anybody recommend a school for me that offer good price ?

JAA doesn't exist anymore. It is EASA now. Let's assume we are talking about converting from ICAO ATPL to EASA ATPL license.
You have to jump the following hoops.

EASA class 1 medical
You will have to do the 14 written exams. But, you don't have to go through an approved training course.
1500 hours flying time of which you must have fulfilled certain requirements such as 100hrs night, 500 multi crew etc etc.
You'll need to pass an ATPL Skills Test on the aircraft currently held in your ICAO ATPL
