Has any one in the Army actually been paid this or is it just another "fill out the form and wait", I am sure it said April on the form ?
Seems that the Army as ever, has its admin where the sun don't shine.
Bring back the RAPC at least you could give them a hard time without them crying and storming out the office, damn civi's, but oh what fun :D
