Not sure about the topic, but I would suggest you check out BaeSystems (http://www.baesystems.es/) . I've heard they have the best paid instructors.

Instructors are not paid a lot here. On BAE school at Jerez I think they were requiring 1000 hours. Call them and see. Recently 3 instructors left to Dubai to instruct over there.
