Good Day

A colleague is having a minor operation, sphincteroptomy. Just an overnight and no time off work, is it a case of just informing the doc who normally does his class 1 medical to get the thumbs up or does he need to inform caa (which i know is disclosed on the next medical)

Softly softly but perhaps the question should be:
Should my friend be flying at all if he needs this procedure?
Reason for correction = Grammer/ar/Gramercy.

he is isn't going to be happy getting a thumb up from anyone afterwards.

Just get him to speak to his AME and they will sort it all out.
