Tonight Channel 9 news reported the accident as a "kit plane" from "South Africa".
I know of only one such aircraft but I checked with the Australian Importer of that brand and he is thankfully alive and well.
So what type and who were the crew and what actually happened? Another very sad day for us all and especially the families of those who were lost.
