Who does the hiring for NCA? Is 747-8 as a DEC possible with them or any other outfit?

IASCO is advertising for NCA. Which agency is better..IASCO, PARC, or HACS?

AFAIK you'll have to go either with PARC or HACS. I've not seen a single candidate coming through IASCO in the last year.

As for which one is best, most of the US guys tend to stick with HACS whereas non-US guys usually sign with PARC.

The major differences are the terms and conditions for medical cover (mandatory BULPA for PARC and your own choice for HACS), and over time pay which HACS offers but PARC doesn't. At the end, the pay is pretty much the same.

Also screenings have stopped for this current fiscal year (04/2013-04/2014).
