Help!
Being an old chap its been many years since I have done a CAA?ASL flight test in NZ.

Can anybody help me with the process? How do I book a flight test through ASL? All I can find online is exam bookings.

I may have to revert to the old system........ pick up the phone.:)

Thanks

On the ASL site, once you've logged in select 'Candidate Info' then 'Pilots'. Scroll down and you will find a link to the flight test application form about two thirds of the way down the page. Can't give you a direct link sorry, but it is there.

Actually, the link there doesn't work...

Found under the 'forms' section though:

As far as I am aware they don't accept online applications, you will need to print and sign the form then either fax, or scan and email it to them.

You have to call them. I went through this process two months ago. They'll send you an email with a doc attachment to complete and return.

AFAIK they are not planning to add a link to book flight tests online.

Oh, and make sure you call them regularly to ensure the date of the test stays the same. Mine changed three times and was only notified once ("Officially")
