Hi fellow aviators.

Just wondering if anyone has some info on the AirNZ interview.
Yes I have done a thread search but couldn't find anything concise.

Appreciate your time:)

I'm not trying to be depressing but (depending on age) can I suggest this:
1) Forget the interview (or at least have fun with it)
2) Join a reputable commercial real estate company or commercial bank.
3) Work hard
4) Before your compatriots in the company buy their first 60' yacht, buy a Pitts and get taught how to enjoy it
5) Once you get a partnership (or equivalent) consider your own bizjet or even big chopper.
6) Enjoy your lifestyle and choose your airline based on inflight service and the network.
7) Reminisce on how lucky you were to avoid working your life away for an appalling industry run by idiots paying increasingly little.
8) Die in a nursing home after taking your second Viagra when the 30 yo nurse propositioned you for your money:)

The industry is what you make of it. I didn't have to buy a Pitts, someone paid me to fly one. I enjoy good pay and good lifestyle. There's no way I'd trade this in for a real job.

Delusional pilot is delusional.

Spent too much time in the flight levels. Come back down to earth and see how competitive those fields are.

Scardy, which interview, Regional or Jet? Either way best of luck.

There are precious few industries that will guarantee an income sufficient to purchase a biz-jet. In fact probably only certain specialties of medicine would get you there with any reliability, and if you think getting into an airline is hard...

Sigh: there's always one eh?

For what it's worth I'm interviewing for the jet fleet.

Although we all enjoy coming here to read the sarcasm;
Please anyone out there who has some help to the original question.

I also have an interview for jet fleet position in February. Since i have to pay for the travel to get there I'd like to give it my best.
