Hi Fellow Ppruners :)

Some minutes ago i read on an aviation news site that new airline Bhutan Airlines(so far oper with a Pilatus) is going to start very soon next week, with a new service to BKK with an Airbus wet leased from Small Planet A320 LY-SPB wich is already landed at PBH.
However a lot of doubts came to my mind...
According some sites and agencies, afaik the 319/8 and Boeing 737-700 were only the few big airliners allowed there...Is this a new improvment, for the bigger 20?
If the 319 and 73G did a lot of training and sorties there, wasnt supposed to happen the same with this very and bigger 20?
BTW, if the plane is wet-leased, with i suppose foreign crews, how can they land there "in the blink of an eye", if until now there are a lot of restrictions for the PIC's doing that landing...could it be Druk crews?
Some doubts here...

Cheers...and tanx for your kind opinions!

Well the airline itself seems to be in no doubt that it's going to start flying the route with an A320 from next week:
