hello,

currently i hold B1.1 part66 license i want to apply for B2 also which means i have give exams of module 4,5,13.

My question is do i have to attend lectures at a part 147 approved organisation prior to give the exam, if i want to do the practical trainning ''OJT'' later for 2 years only??

The ELGD shows one years experience from b1.1 to b2.
You don't need to complete a course. Just the exams.

my brother just finished his B1.1 Modules at a part147 approved organisation he wants to do B2 at the same time, so if he gives the exams now of M4,5,13 without attending lectures at part147 approved organisation how long his experience would be after he gets his B1.1 license.
