I might have occasion to ferry an Indian registered aircraft, B737NG, in the near future. It will be a one time ferry, validation of Canadian licence required. Does someone here maybe have an idea/contact in the DGCA that might be the go to person for this? It's usually a pretty straightforward process, been there done that with other countries. Thanks in advance for the help!

Nothing is usually straight forward when it comes to dealing with the Indian DGCA :E

You can start by reading the concerned rules and see if its worth the time and trouble

I am quite sure you will need the operator in India to handle the papework

I am not sure though if exceptions can be made for a one time ferry...

Thanks, I read through that document. The one time ferry validation is usually not a problem with any other country I've dealt with...no response from anyone at DGCA through emails I've sent so far.:ugh:
