Does anyone know what is AirAsia's process to recruit type rated and non type rated pilots? How many rounds of selection do pilot have to undergo in AirAsia.

1st round: interview with 3 people (2 capts n 1 Hr)
2nd round: simulator session
The above is for experienced pilots on 320 for airasia India.
