Something for everyone to watch out for:

A Sunwing Airlines Boeing 737-800 aircraft (C-FLSW, SWG689) was finished refueling at Camaguey airport (MUCM) when the flight crew noticed that the center and #1 fuel tank indications were blank. The crew suspected water contamination. Maintenance drained the tanks and found 100 liters of water in the center tank, 25 liters of water in the #1 tank, and 10 liters of water in the #2 tank. Boeing recommended procedures were followed and as subsequent engine runs revealed no faults the aircraft was returned to service. The aircraft flew with passengers to Varadero, CU where it was fuelled prior to its flight to Montreal, QC. The operator informed IATA of the event. Subsequently, IATA banned the airport from refueling operations to Sunwing aircraft and contacted ECASA, the Cuban authority responsible for airport management, to request proof that the fuel supply is free of water. The report is to be forwarded to Sunwing.
