I'm only SLF, but this doesn't strike me as a particularly good idea:

Architectural firm GDS Architects has announced that it has received its permits to build the Tower Infinity near the Incheon Airport just outside of Seoul, South Korea. Although at 450 meters tall, it won’t be the tallest building in the world, but it does have one unique feature: it will come equipped with a cloaking device...will make the tower seem transparent from the outside...

Don't worry. Most Korean pilots don't look out the window even if it's CAVOK. :E

"High structures near airports are not uncommon at all.."

You're right there. Franco had a high structure erected, east of Gibraltar (British owned) not too far off the extended center line. On the Spanish side just to p1ss the Brits off. It was still standing the last time i was there. It should be knocked down. Or is it that national pride takes precedence over safety, yet again.

Spain are members part of the JAA/EASA and yet this BS is allowed.
