Hello there,
I have a assessment next week for an Airbus F/O position in Virgin Atlantic (A330 rated 1100 on type 3700 total).
I've located some older posts on here but was hoping that someone who has sat the assessments more recently might be kind enough to share their experience on here.
To that end could anyone please confirm and/or expand on what I have heard I might expect namely:
'SHL' tests such as those found here:
Aptitude Tests - Practise the Tests Employers Use (http://www.assessmentday.co.uk/buy/aptitudetest_buy.htm)
Any tests that I should specifically focus on?
Interview; Hypothetical question involving an operational scenario. Eg 'what would you do if the Captain or some crew member did X, Y or Z?
Could you give us an example in which you displayed leadership (and/or other desirable traits)?
Any help or insights very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
