I am looking for an official accident investigation for ME 438 B720B that was destroyed by a bomb on Jan1, 1976. So far I have only found short articles stating the basic facts but I need to find an official report.

Not found any official report into the OD-AFT (http://www.arabaviation.com/tabid/579/id/449/AircraftAccidents/Lebanon/Middle-East-Airlines---MEA.aspx) bombing which may still be on-going. There's a reference to a book The Flying Sheik (http://www.airliners.net/aviation-forums/general_aviation/read.main/2290085/) that includes some details.
